SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
All domestic orders are shipped via UPS. For security reasons, a signature is required upon delivery. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, as these are not supported by UPS.
Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing in addition to the transit time selected at checkout (e.g., next day, second-day, ground). Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. R13 is not responsible for unexpected carrier delays once an order has shipped.
International Shipping
R13 ships worldwide via DHL Express, offering fast and reliable delivery.
We partner with Global-e, our authorized international sales processor, to handle payments in local currencies. Duties and taxes may be included in the product price or displayed at checkout, depending on the destination country.
International orders over USD $250 qualify for free express shipping. Shipping fees for orders under this amount will be calculated at checkout based on location.

PRICING AND PAYMENT OPTIONS
While we make every effort to ensure that all pricing on our website is accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If a pricing error is identified after an order is placed, we will contact you with the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to reach you, the order will be canceled.
All purchases and shipping fees are charged in the local currency of the shipping destination.
For U.S. orders, we accept the following payment methods:
American Express, Mastercard, Visa, R13 digital gift cards, Klarna, and PayPal.
For international orders, payment methods are processed through our global partner, Global-e, and may vary by country. Accepted payment options typically include major credit cards, local payment methods, and region-specific alternatives. Available options will be displayed at checkout based on your selected shipping destination.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY FOR ON-LINE PURCHASES
R13 is committed to ensuring your complete satisfactions. For R13.com purchases alone, we will accept all merchandise in its original condition for a full refund of its purchase price when accompanied by the original invoice. The following exceptions apply:
- All gift cards are ineligible for return.
- For hygienic reasons, underwear are all considered final sale and are ineligible for return or exchange.
- All items that specifies "Final Sale" on its product page, is ineligible for return or exchange.
DOMESTIC ORDERS
R13 offers free returns and exchanges for all full-priced merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date. Merchandise must be returned with their original packaging and footwear may only have been worn on carpeted surfaces. Merchandise must be unused, unworn and in an unaltered condition. All original tickets must be attached and a copy of your invoice must be enclosed with your return.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
R13 accepts returns for full-priced international orders within 30 days of delivery. A $20 return fee will be deducted from your refund. All items must be returned in original packaging, unused, unworn, and unaltered, with original tags attached. Footwear must only have been tried on indoors, on carpeted surfaces. Please include a copy of your invoice with your return.
For the EXCHANGE of a product, please follow the return guidelines to return your unwanted item and place a new order online. Your refund will be processed within 2-3 weeks after the returned shipping date.
Returns are processed within 10 business days of delivery and refunds can be expected 5-7 business days after processing.
R13 reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above criteria. In such cases, R13 will send the product(s) back at the customer's expense.
- Refunds will only be issues in the same form as payment and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once a return has been processed, we will notify you by email. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the date of delivery for your refund.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability. While we make every effort to display only items that are in stock and ready to ship, there may be rare instances where an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is submitted; however, this does not guarantee product availability. A second email, containing your tracking information, will be sent once your order has been processed and shipped.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, fulfill only part of an order, or split shipments when necessary. We may also modify or end special offers or sale promotions at any time.
If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will attempt to contact you. If we cannot reach you, the order may be canceled.
For security reasons, customers are limited to purchasing a maximum of ten units per style. If you wish to purchase more, please contact our customer service team at cs@r13.com.
PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
R13 is happy to offer a one-time price adjustment on full-price items purchased within seven days of the item being placed on sale.
To qualify, the exact style, size, and color must be available for purchase on R13.com at the time the adjustment is requested. If approved, the price difference will be refunded to the original form of payment within ten business days.
Please note:
- Items purchased on sale or through special promotions are not eligible for price adjustments.
- Once an item has been purchased at a discounted price, we cannot offer further adjustments if the item is later marked down again.
- We do not match prices from other retailers or third-party websites.

DIGITAL GIFT CARD POLICY
R13 digital gift cards may be redeemed for eligible purchases on R13.com, both within the United States and for international orders.
Eligible goods and services are subject to change at our discretion. Sales tax may apply based on the shipping destination of your order.
Digital gift cards are non-transferable and non-refundable. They may not be:
- Returned, resold, or cancelled
- Used to purchase other gift cards
- Used for unauthorized advertising, marketing, sweepstakes, or promotional purposes
- Redeemed for more than face value or exchanged for cash, unless required by law
If your purchase total is less than the value of your digital gift card, the remaining balance will stay on the card and can be used for future orders. If your order exceeds the gift card balance, the difference must be paid using another accepted payment method.
Returns for orders paid in full or in part with a gift card will be refunded back to a digital gift card.
R13 digital gift cards do not expire and incur no additional fees.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of digital gift cards. R13 is not liable for any fraud or unlawful activity by third parties involving gift card use.

ORDER TRACKING
A confirmation email will be delivered to you once your purchase has been shipped. Tracking numbers are provided via email upon your order leaving our distribution center. If you have questions about the status of your purchase, please contact customer care via email at CS@R13.COM
SALES TAX
R13 charges state, local and county taxes for online transactions, as required by applicable laws. Please note that your on-screen transaction total reflects an estimated tax value. The actual sales tax will be calculated upon your order's shipment and may vary slightly from the estimated tax.
CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to CS@R13.COM. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, once an order has been processed for shipment we are no longer able to modify or cancel the return for any reason. In such cases, please refer to our return policy.
